BagelGram NC started in 2020 as a small Charlotte-area bagel delivery business with one goal: make the kind of fresh, scratch-made bagels we felt were missing.
What began with neighborhood deliveries grew into something much bigger.
Today, BagelGram has a home of its own in Indian Trail, where we mix, roll, kettle-boil and bake our bagels from scratch right in our shop.
We’re still the same small family business that started with delivery bags and early mornings — we just have a front door now.

Scratch-Made Bagels, Every Day We’re Open
There’s a big difference between baking a bagel and actually making one.
At BagelGram, our bagels start as flour and dough right here in our Indian Trail kitchen. We mix, roll, slowly ferment, kettle-boil and bake them ourselves — the way a real water bagel should be made.
The result is the BagelGram bagel: a flavorful exterior with a soft, chewy center, baked fresh for our customers every day we’re open.
We make the classics you expect, along with rotating specialty flavors that give you a reason to keep checking back. From Everything and Sesame to French Toast, Pretzel, Cinnamon Raisin and whatever we dream up next, there’s usually something different on the rack.

We’re beyond excited to officially begin this new chapter. We partnered with Boar’s Head to bring you top-tier Italian meats and some of the best roast beef the good ol’ USA has to offer. Our vegetables are hand-washed and sliced fresh daily to ensure every hoagie is as fresh as possible — because that’s non-negotiable for us.
