Why BagelGram NC Is Different?
BagelGram started during COVID as a small, family-run Charlotte-area bagel delivery service, built from scratch one batch and one delivery at a time. Today, we still make our bagels the same way — mixed, rolled, kettle-boiled and baked fresh in-house in Indian Trail. We’re not a chain, and our bagels aren’t shipped in frozen or made from pre-made dough. We’re a local family business that grew because of the support of our community, and we’re proud to give that support back whenever we can. Real people. Real scratch-made bagels. Made right here.

We’re beyond excited to officially begin this new chapter. We partnered with Boar’s Head to bring you top-tier Italian meats and some of the best roast beef the good ol’ USA has to offer. Our vegetables are hand-washed and sliced fresh daily to ensure every hoagie is as fresh as possible — because that’s non-negotiable for us.
BagelGram NC Bagels
We started with a classic NY bagel formula and tweaked it to re-create the bagel of our youth. First, we make a sponge, a fermented starter dough that builds up the flavor. Next we add our high quality ingredients and knead the dough until a firm smooth ball forms. The dough is allowed to proof, portioned, and rolled into a bagel shape. The bagels are placed in the refrigerator to slowly ferment and proof again for 12-24 hours. The morning of delivery or sale in our store we proof the dough a third time and at the perfect magical moment we kettle boil and bake the bagels. A REAL water bagel is created. We allow to cool for packing and the rest are placed on racks for you to choose from. Our Bagels are their best when eaten fresh out of the oven or by end of the day. Store in zip lock bags on the counter for a few days or freeze the rest and store up to a month. Our bagels freeze very well and defrost quickly for a nice toast.
