How does BagelGram In-House delivery work?
FIRST – Locate a delivery date using the Zip Code search below.
SECOND – Add at least 8 bagels to your cart
THIRD – Review cart and Checkout
FOURTH – Let us take it from here.
We make fresh, never frozen dough, hand roll each bagel, allow them to proof overnight in the fridge and then kettle boil and bake the bagels to a perfect golden brown.
Once cooled we bag up the bagels and deliver to your door on the date chosen for delivery.
BagelGrams are delivered from 9am-Noon on the date stated in the Title and Description on the order form you choose. *On Holiday’s and during bad weather we may deliver up until 1PM.
Delivery fee is a flat $3.00. We offer Plain Philadelphia Cream Cheese blocks for $5.00 each.

Our new headquarters is now the main production facility for our beloved scratch made, hand rolled, boiled and baked bagels. At the shop you will be able to purchase fresh out of the oven bagels in a multitude of flavors. We also offer a selection of in-house made cream cheese flavors, sold in 8 ounce hand packed tubs. Flavors of bagels and cream cheese change weekly. Please click the link below to view our menu.
Our store hours are limited to a few hours a day while we continue to build staff, upgrade equipment and take the proper steps to grow. Each of our bagels is made over a 48 period in small batches. The process is time consuming and takes much care. When we sell out we can not simply make more. We do not have a freezer and we do not sell defrosted mass-produced bagels that are shipped in from out of state. Each bagel we make is made from Un-Bleached, non-Bromated high gluten extremely high quality flour along with triple filtered water that is striped of chlorine, lead and micro-plastic. We also use fresh yeast and kosher salt. These 4 basic but high quality ingredients along with years of experience and strong technical skill enable us to make an exceptional bagel.
Please arrive early at our store to ensure that you have the best selection. We are currently making 600-1000 bagels a day for delivery and in-store sales. We will close for the day once we sell out of bagels. Feel free to reach out to us before driving to the store to see what is still available. BagelGram NC Bagels
Our bagels are unique, slightly sweet with a sour dough finish. We started with a NY bagel formula and tweaked it to re-create the bagel of our youth. First, we make a sponge, a fermented starter dough that builds up the flavor. Next we add our high quality ingredients and knead the dough until a firm smooth ball forms. The dough is allowed to proof, portioned, and rolled into a bagel shape. The bagels are placed in the refrigerator to slowly ferment and proof again for 12-24 hours. The morning of delivery we proof the dough a third time and at the perfect magical moment we kettle boil and bake the bagels. After a cooling period they are packed in brown bags, stapled shut and delivered to you within a few hours. Our Bagels are their best when eaten fresh the first day. Freeze the rest the evening received and store them up to a month.
