Each weekday we select an extra special bagel flavor to showcase in our shop. Below is the most recent list of “Baker’s Pick of the day”. The list changes weekly and we are always open to suggestions.


Our new bakery is the main production facility for our beloved scratch made, hand rolled, boiled and baked bagels. Here you will be able to purchase fresh, out of the oven bagels in a multitude of flavors. We also offer in-house made cream cheese flavors, scratch made scones, cookies and sandwhices. Flavors of bagels and cream cheese change weekly to keep things interesting. Please click the link below to view our menu.

BagelGram NC bagels are made over a 48 hour period in small batches. The process is time consuming and takes much care. When we sell out we can not simply make more. We only use the best quality Un-Bleached, Non-Bromated high gluten flour along with triple filtered water that is cleaned of chlorine, lead and micro-plastic. We also use fresh yeast and salt to complete the base of our bagel formula. These 4 basic but high quality ingredients along with years of experience and strong technical skill help us to make what our BagelFans call an exceptional bagel.

Please arrive early at our store to ensure that you have the best selection. We are currently making 600-1000 bagels a day for delivery and in-store sales. BagelGram NC Bagels

Our bagels are unique, slightly sweet with a sour dough finish. We started with a classic NY bagel formula and tweaked it to re-create the bagel of our youth. First, we make a sponge, a fermented starter dough that builds up the flavor. Next we add our high quality ingredients and knead the dough until a firm smooth ball forms. The dough is allowed to proof, portioned, and rolled into a bagel shape. The bagels are placed in the refrigerator to slowly ferment and proof again for 12-24 hours. The morning of delivery or sale in our store we proof the dough a third time and at the perfect magical moment we kettle boil and bake the bagels. A REAL water bagel is created. We allow to cool for packing and the rest are placed on racks for you to choose from. Our Bagels are their best when eaten fresh out of the oven or by end of the day they are delivered. Freeze the rest and store them up to a month.
